1. Orders & Payment

All orders are placed through our online store, without the need to register an account.
Please ensure that all personal and delivery information is accurate and current.

– Google Pay

All prices include VAT (where applicable), unless otherwise stated.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or technical issues.

2. Shipping

We deliver orders within Finland and internationally.

Please note: for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Returns & Cancellations

Our return and cancellation terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that custom-made items and gift cards are non-refundable.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law.

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably in the first instance.
