Returns

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

– The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

– Please note that made-to-order pieces and gift cards are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, email us at vuonelo@vuonelo.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

 

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order once your return is processed.
